Goal: To Improve Women’s Access, Acquisition and Assertion of their Customary Land Rights. 

Objectives: 

1. To create precedent that amends or changes the Land Act 2010, its regulations and other inheritance laws with regards to access, acquisition and assertion of customary land rights of rural women

2. To achieve consistent application of the law and further encourage the public’s fight for access, acquisition and assertion of land rights.
